Shipping Policy

We currently ship all across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. 
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping (PKR 300): 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and weather/road conditions, especially for remote areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email to track your parcel.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for PKR 300 for customers who want faster delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at +923206341193 and we will look into it right away.

Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or far-flung areas may take 1-2 extra business days beyond the estimated timeline.
